2025-2026 Staff Registration
LYHO Staff Members are obligated to fulfill certain requirements mandated by the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA), USA Hockey and LYHO.
1. Complete USA Hockey Registration (updated registration required annually)
2. Complete background screening (required every 2 years)
3. Complete annual USA Hockey SafeSport Training
4. CEP Completion by 12/31/2025* (coaches only)
5. Completion of age specific module prior to participating with team (coaches only)
